Typical Day at the Retreat

At Tenerife Retreat we make sure every day is different and challenging. Our workouts and sessions are creative and invigorating, making sure each class is met with passion and commitment.

We understand that everybody has different fitness levels, so please note that all classes and activities can be adapted to each individuals level that they are comfortable with.

On Arrival day, you will be met by the Sports Nutritionist and Fitness Instructor in order for us to create a more personalised itinerary for the week.

On the second to last night the fitness instructor and nutritionist will do the final weigh in and get your results for the week, so the following day you're free to enjoy your time as you please and explore our beautiful island of Tenerife.

The majority of the intense workouts will be in the morning, which frees up the afternoon for light workouts and to relax around the pool and to rest your body and mind.
