What to expect
Private Airport Transfers on Arrival & Departure
Flights are not included in the price however the airport transfer is included. You will be personally met by a Retreat representative and taken back to the villa and returned back to the airport.
Retreat Welcome Pack
Upon arrival you will receive a Tenerife Retreat welcome pack consisting of a branded sports top, water bottle and drawstring bag.
Professional Instructors/Classes /Activities
We provide 2 yoga classes, 1 Boxercise class, 5 Morning workouts (Beach & Retreat Sessions), 2 Fitness activities such as hiking.
Relax & Recovery Massage
You are given a complementary Full Body Relaxation Massage (45 min), you can also have further treatments, but this is at an additional cost.
Full Thermal circuit
Aqua Club Thermal is the most complete urban thermal spa circuit in Tenerife if not Europe! Included in the package is a 2 1/2 hour session.
Private Chef providing healthy balanced meals
Our in-house Chef will provide all our guests with a fantastic dining experience.
Family Run Business
The Retreat is a family run business and is dedicated in making you feel welcome, during your fitness holiday you will be training together, eating together and most importantly bonding and living like a family together.
Fun Day in the Sun
One full day off training so you can relax and recuperate (A chance to visit the island go up to Mount Teide or have fun at the best water park in the world). This is also the chefs day off which gives you a chance to eat out of the villa.
